How you’ll contribute

The Corporate Real Estate Coordinator is a trusted partner within the Corporate Real Estate team and should consistently optimize effectiveness and efficiency of the team. This role is responsible for overall operations of the VP and Corporate Real Estate team members including calendar management, meetings, email support, coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements, expense reports and additional tasks/projects as needed.

  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all situations

  • Partners and collaborates with peers and direct reports of the VP to manage cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion

  • Able to regularly plan, prioritize and organize a diverse workload with the ability to meet deadlines; Able to manage team projects as needed

  • Effectively manage team calendars, which includes planning and coordinating internal and external meetings e.g. team meetings, full staff meetings, off-site meetings, one-on-one meetings, etc.

  • Book and coordinate both domestic and international travel (inclusive of visa applications when needed)

  • Manages expense reports and other administrative duties for team

  • Work with team to ensure CRE documents are digitally captured

  • Plays active role supporting the team including, but not limited to, problem solving, onboarding of new team members/contractors, invoice processing and office supply maintenance.

  • Provides remote support when team members are traveling

  • Able to take on adhoc projects with little guidance

For this role you will need

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma

  • 5+ years of administrative experience; with experience supporting VP-level executives

  • Proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines

  • Experience in fast-paced environment and proven ability prioritize multiple responsibilities

  • Proven ability to work in a team environment. Strong teamwork skills and a strong ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work effectively

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree

  • Experience having worked in Corporate Real Estate, general contracting or construction is a plus
